This privacy policy (hereinafter: the “Policy“) explains how we process your Personal Data when we act as the data controller. However, we are not responsible for the processing of your Personal Data carried out by the platforms you use. In this case, the privacy policy of the relevant platform applies.

 

3.6. When You Are Looking to Rent a Property and/or When a Lease Relationship Is Established

 

When you are looking to rent a property, especially when you submit a rental application form to us or when signing a lease contract, we may collect the following Personal Data, necessary to ensure your solvency upon the conclusion of the lease and the proper and faithful execution of the contract throughout the contractual relationship:

  • Your identification information (name, first name, company name, identity card, passport, type of residence permit, date of birth, proof of residence or establishment, identification card, bank details);

  • Your family and personal situation (marital status, number of children, existence of guardianship, number and type of vehicles, number and type of pets, name of your household insurance, current manager, current rent as well as reason for the change (was the lease terminated by the landlord; if yes, for what reason?);
  • Your financial situation (profession, net monthly income, last three salary slips, an official extract concerning you from the Office of Debt Collection, balance sheets and income statements of the last three financial years, and any other financial and/or accounting document allowing to determine your solvency as a natural or legal person);
  • Any other information indicated on the form or communicated spontaneously.

The collection of Personal Data from third parties or judicial or administrative authorities (former landlord, private companies specializing in commercial information or private investigators, Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Office, OCPM, land register) will only take place when there is a predominant public or private interest justifying it, for example
