With staff certified by the Swiss Union of Estate Agents (USPI), our “sales” department operates in compliance with professional ethics when taking on a project and when putting any property (apartments, detached properties, buildings) on the market. Our goal: to ensure the rapid conclusion of transactions in the best interests of our individual and corporate clients.
AN ALL-ROUND SERVICE
We assist both our principals and our purchasing customers throughout the process of purchase and sale, until the signing of legal documents with a solicitor. We can also provide access to the expertise of our partners if they need more specific advice on taxation, legal matters, insurance or construction.
In collaboration with the “property development” department, which intervenes ahead of any project, we handle the marketing of properties for sale off-plan. The process includes advice on the needs of potential purchasers and market trends, as well as drawing up a fully-costed marketing plan designed to optimise communication about these new properties.
An adapted IT program has allowed us creating an important database of clients. Thanks to this program, our clients are quickly informed about all properties that could correspond to their criterias and needs.
