When you are looking for a property to rent, and in particular when you submit a rental application form or upon signing a lease agreement, we may collect the following Personal Data, necessary to ensure your solvency at the conclusion of the lease and the proper and faithful performance of the contract throughout the contractual relationship:
- Your identification information : last name, first name, company name, identity card, passport, type of residence permit, date of birth, certificate of residence or establishment, identity badge, bank details

- Your family and personal situation : marital status, number of children, existence of a guardianship, number and type of vehicles, number and type of pets, name of your household insurance, current property manager, current rent and reason for change (has the lease been terminated by the landlord; if so, for what reason?)
- Your financial situation : profession, net monthly income, last three pay slips, an official extract concerning you from the Debt Collection Office, the balance sheets and operating accounts of the last three financial years and any other financial and/or accounting document enabling us to determine your solvency as a private individual or legal entity
- Any other information provided on the form or communicated voluntarily
The collection of Personal Data from third parties or judicial or administrative authorities (former landlord, private commercial information companies or private investigators, Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Office, OCPM, Land Registry) will only take place when a prevailing public or private interest justifies it, for example fraud detection, debt recovery, complaint management, serious breach of the lease, and only if it is not possible to obtain the desired information by other means. It will moreover be strictly limited to the purpose and reason for which the request is made.
3.7. When you entrust us with the management, valuation or enhancement of a property
When you entrust us with the management, valuation or enhancement of your property or the development of a real estate project, we may collect the following Personal Data:
- Your identification information : last name, first name, company name, identity card, passport, type of residence permit, place and date of birth, certificate of residence or establishment, identity badge
- Your contact details : postal and email addresses, telephone number
- Your bank or postal details
- Your family and personal situation : notably marital status
- Information about the property : type of property, condominium regulations, accounting and financial statements (such as rent roll, operating expense accounts, mortgage situation, personal and real estate taxation), minutes of general meetings of the last three years and extracts from the Land Registry

- Information about the property subject to the brokerage mandate : sale price, deposit, mortgage lender, loan amount, mortgage notes, easements, sales prospectus, condominium regulations, minutes of general meetings of the last three years

We may also use this Personal Data to pursue our legitimate interests (for example fraud detection, debt recovery, complaint management) and to comply with our legal obligations (for example the retention of accounting documents or responding to requests from authorities).
To facilitate the transaction and optimize the chances of sale, we may communicate to third parties all the information about the property subject to the brokerage mandate listed above, as well as the identity of the landowner or other holders of real property rights. To communicate any other Personal Data, we will request your consent.

When you contact us to acquire a property, we may collect the following Personal Data:
