Energy renovation in Vernier

A project led and successfully completed by our Works team

We are proud to share the recent renovation of a residential building in Vernier, a project carried out with care and expertise by our Works teams. This 8-month project was an opportunity to enhance the property, improve the comfort of tenants and strengthen our collaboration with local partners.

Our role :

To advise and support Fondation Parloca Genève throughout the process, from decision-making to planning and the management of works.

For this renovation project, our team handled the coordination and assistance to the project owner for the following works :

Renovation of the low roof
Installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal panels on the roof
Refreshing and carbonation treatment of the façade
Renovation of exterior joinery and shutters
Bringing balcony guardrails up to standard
Refurbishment of the inner courtyard
Complete renovation of the parking, with insulation of basement ceilings, installation of ECO21 lighting and painting
Installation of pre-wiring for charging stations

In an interview, Christian Borner, Director of Fondation Parloca Genève, shared his vision on these renovation works : "The works management by the agency was one of the keys to the success of this project. Each step was perfectly mastered, from the preparation of files to tenders and the award of works, and finally to site monitoring."
