SIG Trophy 2025

It is with immense pride that Rosset & Cie SA wins the SIG Energy Transition Trophy in the Real Estate Agency category, a strong recognition of our commitment to a more sustainable future.

This award reflects our commitment and concrete actions in favour of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies. This trophy rewards the constant efforts and initiatives carried out by our Energy & Renovation, Works and Condominium teams for several years.

What is the SIG Trophy ?

For 7 years, the SIG Energy Transition Trophies have rewarded Geneva companies and communities that stand out for their concrete actions in energy efficiency and their commitment to local renewable energies.

In 2024, more than 3,000 actors (companies, communities, craftsmen, owners and real estate agencies) were supported by SIG through the SIG-éco21 energy programme, which implements concrete actions to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. To date, this represents the equivalent of the electricity consumption of 96,000 Geneva households, i.e. savings of 288 GWh.

Divided into sixteen categories, the Energy Transition Trophies cover the entire Geneva economy : companies, real estate sectors, public authorities and building professionals (heating engineers, electricians, ventilation specialists, solar specialists, etc.).

And concretely for Rosset & Cie SA ?

In close collaboration with our Energy Performance unit, our operational teams have undertaken energy works on our managed real estate portfolio, such as renovations (AMOEn, AMU), lighting upgrades, hydraulic balancing, eco-housing, demand-controlled ventilation, circulators, COE, etc.
